It’s Plus Size Outfit Day again [you can read more about it in my August entry]! This month’s theme is burgundy. I didn’t want to buy something new just because of the theme, so I chose to wear my trusty Asos Curve skirt. When I bought it last year, I didn’t think I would wear it as much as I do, because it definitely stands out and is not made of the most flattering material – but I love it and wear it all the time [see: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4]! I don’t think you always have to go for flattering [my belly will be there not matter what colour or material my clothes are] and instead have fun with fashion! It’s also a great transitional piece, because it keeps me warm with wooly tights and boots and not too warm with lighter tights and ballerinas. So, welcome Autumn! Unfortunately, the beautiful building in the background is not my own house, but a palace in my hometown which you will get so see more of in future posts. Heute ist wieder Plus Size Outfit Day [über den ihr in meinem August-Eintrag mehr erfahren könnt]! Diesen Monat ist das Thema burgunderrot. Da ich nicht extra deswegen etwas neues kaufen wollte, habe ich mich wieder einmal für meinen Rock von Asos Curve entschieden. Als ich den letztes Jahr gekauft habe, habe ich gar nicht gedacht, dass ich ihn so oft anziehen würde, da er ziemlich auffällig ist und das Material etwas aufträgt – aber ich liebe ihn und trage ihn ständig [siehe: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4]! Ich finde, man muss nicht immer „schmeichelnde“ Dinge tragen [mein Bauch ist da, egal welche Farben und Materialien ich trage] und stattdessen einfach Spaß mit Mode haben! Außerdem ist er für mich ein tolles Übergangs-Kleidungsstück, da er mich mit Wollstrumpfhosen und Stiefeln ganz warm und mit leichteren Strumpfhosen und Ballerinas nicht zu warm hält. Der Herbst kann also kommen – Willkommen! Das wunderschöne Gebäude im Hintergrund ist übrigens leider nicht mein eigenes Haus, sondern das Schloss meiner Heimatstadt, von dem ich euch bald noch mehr zeigen werde.
