Hey Lovelies! As I’m sure you know, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. I know there are a lot of people who don’t like this day, and I definitely agree with some of the points they make. You should show your love and appreciation every day, without a special occasion…and you don’t need flowers and boxes of chocolate to do so. [Though I would never say no to chocolate] Nevertheless, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having a day celebrating love. Plus, I just love pink and red and hearts…To me, Valentine’s Day is about love in every shape, which of course includes Sven, but also my friends, my family – and you, my wonderful blog readers! I’ve been blogging on kathastrophal.de for more than one and a half year, and I loved every second of it. Your comments and emails really make me happy, and I finally wanted to say thank you. In this spirit of love, I prepared a little Valentine’s Day special for you which will start tomorrow. Here’s a little peek:

Hallo ihr Lieben! Wie ihr sicherlich wisst, ist ganz bald Valentinstag. Ich weiß, es gibt einige Leute, die diesem Tag nichts abgewinnen können, und in einigen Punkten kann ich ihnen zustimmen. Natürlich sollte man seine Liebe und Anerkennung an jedem Tag im Jahr zeigen, ohne besonderen Anlass… und man braucht auch nicht unendlich viele Blumen und Pralinen dafür. [Obwohl ich natürlich zu Schokolade nie nein sage] Trotzdem finde ich nichts schlimmes daran, einen Tag zu haben, an dem die Liebe ganz besonders gefeiert wird. Und natürlich liebe ich pink und rot und Herzchen… Für mich geht es an Valentinstag um Liebe in allen Formen, was natürlich Sven einschließt, aber auch meine Freunde, meine Familie – und euch, meine wundervollen Leser! Seit mehr als eineinhalb Jahren blogge ich nun hier auf kathastrophal.de, und ich finde es nach wie vor einfach toll! Eure lieben Kommentare und Emails machen mich so glücklich, und ich möchte mich endlich so richtig dafür bedanken.
