I bet I know what 90% of my German readers did while we took these pictures. Don’t believe me? Well, it was yesterday during the Germany vs. Greece – match of the soccer Euro Cup. But – as I already told you – neither Sven [yaaay!] nor I are interested in soccer. Instead, we met two of my friends from North Rhine-Westphalia who were in town for a concert. We met a really, really long time ago on MySpace – back in the days when MySpace actually was cool. At least that’s what 16-year-old me thought… Our friendship has lasted through various online platforms and I’m happy that I found these two fantastic girls. Oh internet, I love you! Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich weiß was die meisten von euch gemacht haben, während wir die Bilder aufgenommen haben. Glaubt ihr nicht? Es war gestern, genau während dem Deutschlandspiel. Aber – wie bereits erwähnt – sind weder Sven [juhuu!] noch ich an Fußball interessiert und haben bis jetzt noch kein einziges EM-Spiel gesehen. Stattdessen haben wir uns danach auf den Weg gemacht, um zwei Freundinnen von mir aus NRW zu treffen, die wegen eines Konzerts in der Stadt waren. Ich habe sie vor sehr sehr langer Zeit auf MySpace kennengelernt – damals, als MySpace noch cool war. Zumindest hab ich mit 16 noch fest daran geglaubt… Unsere Freundschaft hat schon einige Online-Plattformen überlebt und ich bin wirklich froh, diese beiden lieben Mädels kennengelernt zu haben. Hach, wie ich das Internet doch liebe! Now you know who’s in my heart. Despite of having a weirdly shaped head 😀 // Nun ist auch klar, was sich in meinem Herzen befindet. Obwohl seine Kopfform ja wirklich lustig ist 😀 P.S.: I’m currently trying my best to meet some school project deadlines and it will only get worse next week. And on top of that, I feel that it’s now my turn to get sick after Sven’s bronchitis last week… So please excuse my absence at the moment! I’m really looking forward to reading all of your posts once everything is over! ♥ P.S.: Ich bin im Moment daran, ein paar Fh-Projekte zum Abschluss zu bringen, was sich im Laufe der nächsten Woche noch zuspitzen wird. Und weil’s so schön passt, werd ich jetzt wohl auch noch krank, nachdem Sven letzte Woche eine Bronchitis hinter sich gebracht hat… entschuldigt also bitte meine momentane Abwesenheit.
