- milk and dark chocolate couverture [200g of each]
- 100g peanuts
- 10 soft caramels
- Chop the caramels and the peanuts into smaller pieces.
- Temper the chocolate.
- Add peanuts and caramels to the melted chocolate.
- Fill your mixture into a chocolate bar mold.
- Let cool.
- Put the finished chocolate bars into a jar and give them to someone you love. Or – even better – just eat them yourself!
