So ein schöner Ausblick, oder? An unserem zweiten Tag in Stockholm (Eindrücke vom ersten Tag gab es hier) stand für Maren und mich das Fotoshooting mit dem tollen Team von Gudrun Sjödén* an – und nicht nur der Ausblick aus dem Fotostudio war wunderschön. Unter dem Motto Friends of Gudrun waren lauter tolle Frauen anwesend: Die Bloggerin und Journalistin Leone Serrander und die Autorin Martina Montelius aus Schweden, die Illustratorin Myfanwy Tristram (ihr müsst euch unbedingt ihr Sketch Diary unseres Tages anschauen!), die britische Kreativbloggerin Daniela Gargiulo von Ivy Arch und Polly Leonard vom Textilmagazin Selvedge. Außer uns waren auch noch vier der umwerfend schönen, bekannten Gudrun-Models anwesend: Anna, Joanna, Emma und Ingmari.
Wir haben einige lustige Stunden miteinander verbracht und es war den ganzen Tag über eine wunderbare, kreative und positive Atmosphäre. Für die Bilder trugen wir Kleidung aus der Basic-Kollektion, die es im nächsten Frühjahr zu kaufen geben wird. Mein gestreiftes Kleid* hat mir dabei besonders gut gefallen. Ich freu mich schon riesig darauf, die fertigen Bilder im Frühjahrskatalog 2016 zu sehen!

Such a beautiful view! During our second day in Stockholm (You can see pictures of the first day here), Maren and I joined the team of Gudrun Sjödén* for a photoshoot – and it wasn’t just the view from the photo studio that was amazing. For the theme Friends of Gudrun lots of wonderful, inspiring women were present: Blogger and journalist Leone Serrander and author Martina Montelius from Sweden, illustrator Myfanwy Tristram (you have to see her fantastic Sketch Diary of our day!), British arts & crafts blogger Daniela Gargiulo of Ivy Arch and Polly Leonard, editor of textile magazine Selvedge. Plus the stunningly beautiful, familiar Gudrun models Anna, Joanna, Emma and Ingmari.
We spent some happy hours together and I really enjoyed the creative, positive, wonderful atmosphere! For the pictures we wore clothes from the basic collection which will be on sale next spring. I particularly liked my striped dress*. Now I’m looking forward immensely to seeing the final images in the Spring 2016 catalogue!

Abschließend war ich nochmal kurz mit der lieben Maren el Gammal im sonnigen Stockholm unterwegs. Maren, du bist so eine tolle, warmherzige Frau, ich hab mich wirklich riesig gefreut, dass wir uns durch das Fotoshooting kennengelernt haben! ♥

Afterwards I got to see a little bit more of Stockholm with sweetest Maren el Gammal. Maren, you’re such a great, warm-hearted woman, I am really so happy that we got to know us through this photoshoot! ♥

Dank der Empfehlung der Stockholmer Mädels gab es für uns noch ein Eis von Stikki Nikki – sooo lecker! Und schon ging es zurück nach Deutschland, mit lauter tollen Erinnerungen im Gepäck. Ich bin so dankbar für dieses schöne Erlebnis!

Thanks to the recommendation of the Stockholm girls we had ice cream at Stikki Nikki – sooo yummy! And then I flew back to Germany, with many great memories of my time in Stockholm. I am so thankful for this amazing experience!
