Another trip to… Fasanerie, Wiesbaden

Today I want to show you some pictures of the wildlife park we visited with Sven’s parents. We’ve been to the Fasanerie before, but this time we had the most beautiful weather instead of rain and were able to see the bears swim. Such beautiful creatures! Also, I think I need a pet pig. Heute habe ich ein paar Bilder aus dem Tierpark, den wir mit Svens Eltern besucht haben, für euch. Wir waren schonmal in der Fasanerie, doch dieses Mal hatten wir anstatt Regen strahlenden Sonnenschein und konnten die Bären beim Schwimmen beobachten. Wunderschöne Tiere! A trip to… Fasanerie, Wiesbaden

I was feeling a little down that day, so Sven took me on this little trip to cheer me up. We went to the Fasanerie in Wiesbaden, a wildlife park that is funded by donations. I was happy to see that the animals had plenty of space. It started to rain really hard while we were there, after a couple of minutes we were soaking wet. But it was a lot of fun nevertheless!

A trip to… Wilhelma, Stuttgart

Every time I’m visiting my parents with my boyfriend Sven, they take us to all kinds of sights in and around my hometown. We always enjoy these trips  – I love that he gets to see the places we made family trips to when I was a kid and that we spend more time with my family this way.
This time, our activities as a family + 1 included a trip to the Wilhelma, the zoological botanical garden of Stuttgart. We got there just in time for the feeding of the sea lions, only to find out that their compound was getting cleaned and that we weren’t able to see them.
Fortunately, there were still a lot of other animals…
