I decided to take part in Lili’s Mission: Save the Closet Orphans. It’s about clothes that you own but somehow never seem to wear. I have a lot of clothes that don’t get the wear they deserve [In fact, I found so many items with tags still on them… I think I’m going to have a blog sale soon!] and I think this is a fun way to create some new outfits. So today, I’ll show you my closet orphans and then in the next week I’ll show you four outfits where I wear those items. Of course, I’ll be wearing them outside my house too! This is a pretty purple dress by Dorothy Perkins. I love the colour, but the cut is something new for me since I haven’t owned a sheath dress before. I’m not sure how to style this yet… but I’ll have to figure out a way.










I bought this Primark blazer only recently in London. I really like it, but I haven’t worn it yet… it’s one of these grown-up clothing items and I’m not sure if I can pull it off.











I wore this H&M skirt some time last summer, but I really need to find a way to wear it in colder weather as well. It’s a little bit see-through and really loud, so I’ll really have to think about what I can pair with it.










Another one from H&M – a simple white dress. I had to wear white blouses all the time at my last job, so I’m really not into wearing white clothes… but I want to incorporate more light colours into my wardrobe & I’m determined to make this work.
