Ich hoffe, ihr genießt alle dieses wunderbar sonnige Pfingstwochenende. Wir haben bereits gegrillt und schöne Stunden im Park verbracht… und heute geht es endlich endlich ins Freibad! Mal sehen, wie viele andere auch auf diese Idee kommen.
Das Kleid*, das ich heute trage, hat Audrey von Big or not to Big entworfen – und als sie es in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt hat, war ich direkt verliebt. Das Muster, der Schnitt, die süßen Häkelspitzen-Details, hach! Als es dann hier ankam, hatte ich direkt die Idee, es ein wenig country-mäßig zu kombinieren: Mit meinen Cowboystiefeln, einem braunen Täschchen und einer Jeansjacke. Doof nur, dass ich gar keine solche Jeansjacke besitze. Als ich Sonja von meiner Plus Size Country – Outfitidee erzählte, war sie so lieb, mir ihre Jeansjacke von H&M+ für die Bilder auszuleihen. Die ist auch wirklich super (sowohl die Jacke als auch die Sonja, versteht sich), aber ich schwanke noch, ob mir so eine Jeansjacke mit etwas dunklerer Waschung* doch noch etwas besser gefällt. Diese Kombination von Jeansjacke und Kleidchen hat es mir jedenfalls schonmal sehr angetan.
Solltet ihr übrigens auch mit dem Gedanken spielen, demnächst im Wald spazieren zu gehen oder auch dort Outfitfotos zu machen – tut’s nicht! Ich zähle nicht weniger als zehn Schnakenstiche an meinen Knien…

I hope you enjoyed your weekend! It’s super sunny in Germany, we already had a barbecue, spent lots of time in the park and today we’re finally going to a swimming pool. Let’s see how many others had the same idea…
The dress that I’m wearing today was created by Audrey of Big or not to Big – and when she wore it in this post, it was love at first sight. The pattern, the fit, the pretty crochet details – isn’t it beautiful? When it arrived here, I instantly had the idea to wear it with a touch of country: with my cowboy boots, a brown purse and a denim jacket. Kind of complicated when you don’t own a denim jacket… but as soon as I told Sonja about my plus size country outfit idea, she offered to borrow me her H&M+ denim jacket for the picture. It’s a great jacket, but I still can’t decide if I’d rather buy a denim jacket with a darker wash*. I adore this combination of denim jackets and sweet sundresses!
By the way, taking these pictures in the forest wasn’t my best idea… I count no less than ten mosquito bites on my knees.
