A trip to… Monrepos, Ludwigsburg

On some rare occasions, we take pictures of things other than me and food – I know it sounds hard to believe, but it’s true! Typically, I will file these here under „A trip to…“ – which I haven’t done in months, the last time was our Tunisia vacation you can find here. Sven took these photographs on a walk with my parents, brother and some family friends while we were visiting my hometown Ludwigsburg after christmas. Monrepos is a lakeside palace in walking distance to Ludwigsburg’s other palaces and I really love the lake there. [it says: Cycling within the park and around the lake is prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a leash.]

Wow beautiful pics! I just found out what I call the „squiggly B“ German letter is when I was in Munich in November! 😉

Thank you! Haha, that’s a cool name for it. In my part of Germany, some call it „s with a 3 in it“ [„dreierles-S“] 😀

      Thank you!
I felt I needed to live in a bigger city at least once [did not really reach that goal yet…] and now that I don’t live there anymore I see more of the beauty in my hometown.
